STOKE Hockey Training sessions are designed for hockey players of all ages looking to maximize their potential. We offer individualized programming that can focus on On-ice Skill Development, Off-ice Strength and Conditioning, or both. Hockey Training sessions can be 1:1 or in a small group.

On-ice Skill Development
On-ice sessions boast a low instructor to athlete ratio providing opportunity for individualized drills and coach feedback. Individualized skill work and drills mean that you are able to target weaknesses in your game. Each session is created specifically to cater to each athlete/group goals and skill level. Strength and Conditioning
STOKE Strength and Conditioning off-ice training programs are designed based on a thorough Movement Assessment and Goal Setting meeting. Then, an individual program is designed to help athletes reach their goals. Athletes are coached through each session and athletes have monthly progress meetings with a STOKE coach.
