STOKE Hockey Training sessions are designed for hockey players of all ages looking to maximize their potential. We offer individualized programming that can focus on On Ice Skill Development, Off Ice Strength & Conditioning, or both. Hockey Training sessions can be 1:1 or in a small group.

STOKE Strength and Conditioning Off Ice training programs are designed based on a thorough Movement Assessment and Goal Setting meeting. Then, an individual program is designed to help athletes reach their goals. Athletes are coached through each session and athletes have monthly progress meetings with a Stoke coach.
